How do I obtain your services?

Give the office a call, we will speak to you personally on the telephone, gather information on services you are looking at and come to your home at your convenience.


After the initial meeting; what next?

After meeting with you, your family and the person we will care for, we start planning your services.  Staffing will be decided. A file with a service care plan will be put in place with a personalized job description, emergency and contact information and any special instructions from the family.  A partial copy of this file will also be kept at the residential home. 


What happens on the starting day?

One of administrators will accompany the staff member to the first day of services.  Both staff will work with the family to become familiar with the home and the client.


Is it a long wait for services to begin? 

Not usually, we have qualified staff ready to work at most anytime. Most services can be arranged to start in just a few days. 


Will you come to a hospital or a nursing facility to provide services?

Yes, we provide care at most facilities and are familiar with personnel at most locations.
